Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products on FindersFrenzy.com, operated by Ezra Fulgentes – General Products, a micro-enterprise registered under SIRET 981 429 814 00024.
Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are consumer goods sold via dropshipping.
Images, descriptions, and specifications are indicative. Minor differences may occur depending on the supplier.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT).
Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.
General Products reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are billed according to the price at the time of order.

Article 4 – Orders

Orders are confirmed once the customer validates the shopping cart and accepts the T&Cs.
A confirmation email is sent after the order is placed.
General Products reserves the right to cancel any order in case of previous disputes, refused payment, or suspected fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is required immediately at the time of order.
Payments are made online through secure methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
All transactions are secured using SSL protocol.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are shipped directly by partner suppliers (dropshipping).
Average delivery times range from 7 to 20 business days, depending on supplier and shipping country.
Tracking information is sent by email.
General Products is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (strikes, customs, pandemic, etc.).

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

Under French Consumer Code (Article L.221-18), customers have 14 days from receipt to cancel their order without justification.
Returns must be notified via contact@findersfrenzy.com.
Products must be returned in their original, unused, and complete condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
A withdrawal form is provided below.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Article 9 – Liability

General Products acts as an intermediary (dropshipper) between the customer and supplier.
The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to product use or delivery delays.
